Mixtures of PAHs in consumer products – Toxicity in human keratinocytes
Description:
The aim of the project is to characterize the toxicity of potentially carcinogenic mixtures of PAHs in human keratinocytes. These compounds are used as plasticizers and soots in cer-tain consumer products. Study parameters are cytotoxicity, induction of cytochrom P450 enzymes and genotoxicity (Comet assay) of the PAH mixtures.
