'The project aims to better producers, processors and traders and other players in the organic food industry than in the past at the advancement of knowledge on organic farming to participate is to leave. To achieve this, should events are offered to allow the transfer of knowledge. The choice of methods is based itself on the needs of the target group. For these measures offered in high quality and spatial, temporal, and meaningful content distribution, centralized coordination is essential. This can be done through a third party and not even hardly between the associations, but the existing structure of the umbrella association BÖLW. Through his service to the listed requirements and ensure a viable project implementation will be made possible by the coordinated and bundled applications. '
