Goal is to improve the quality and efficacy of bitter gourd supplementation for reduced hyperglycemia in resource-limited, high diabetic prevalent areas. Purpose is to better understand the antidiabetic properties of bitter gourd from a biochemical aspect and to verify the efficacy of bitter gourd varieties selected by in vitro antidiabetic methods
