If you have many projects we will send you an excel table with the required fields. FISA is bilingual, so it would be helpful if you could provide your information in German as well.

German Agricultural Research at a Glance provides you with an overview of publicly funded research projects in the agricultural and food science sector. Aims and subjects of the research activites of the Federal Government and the Laender (federal states) can be found here.

Research database: projects and institutions

The research projects and institutions form the basis of this website. They are listed in a da-tabase. Details such as subject area, executive institute, funding programme, collaborative projects, amount of funding etc.allow you to analyse the data from a topical or institutional point of view.

Search possibilities

  • Activities in various scientific disciplines can be found in the section "Projects". There you can look for research projects according to their different topical aspects.
  • If you need an overview of the projects of certain institutions, the section „Research In-stitutions“ displays them all in clear lists and tables. A compilation of the research institutions working together is listed under "Networks".
  • Those interested in which public authority is funding what kind of projects and what goals they pursue should visit the sections "Funding" or "Framework Programmes".

The website was initiated by the Agricultural Research speakers and speakers of the Federal Government and Laender at the Agriculture Ministers Conference on 10 March 2006. Its objective is to optimize the coordination of publicly funded research.
