BMBF - Frameworkprogramm Bio-technology

This program has ended 31.12.2010. The new programs are called 'National research strategy BioEconomy 2030' and 'Health Research - Research for People'. A total of over 980 million Euro has been allocated for the biotechnology program between 2001 and 2005. After a new notification by the European Commission, in 2006 the program was extended for another five years. A total of approximately one billion Euro has been designated for the promotion of biotechnology projects.
