New knowledge for organic working farmers - events for knowledge transfer
Description:
Target for the implementation of the events of the project is to allow its producers, traders and processors more on advances in knowledge about organic farming and the transfer of knowledge of the diverse and transported at great expense compiled results of research on organic farming and continue. These events will take place nationwide on knowledge transfer. To achieve this, emphasis will be placed association representatives and advisers as the relevant local multipliers in a position to make this transfer of knowledge in the form of special events and additions to existing events and to organize themselves and to reach the target group directly. Besides lectures practical workshops, panel discussions on agricultural trade fairs and trade talks are scheduled to present challenges of organic farming. This is intended to ensure content, time and space in the width of continuous knowledge transfer at a qualitatively high level. The focus will be topics that are of high relevance for the target group and the target groups have been made insufficiently accessible. The aim is a methodological diversity in knowledge transfer. There are practitioners and entrepreneurs will be achieved in order to inform them about new results from research, development and testing. Particular consideration is given to the results of the Federal Organic Farming Scheme (BÖL). The aim of the project is also to convey the views of practitioners on the future research needs for the scientists working in the field of organic food industry.
