'In the context of developments at Community level, it is important for the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, an overview of the effectiveness of to get at the national level, the available instruments of collective redress. They will also address any existing gaps are revealed in the system . It is necessary to examine whether and how such gaps can be closed at the national level a meaningful way. Empirical part I.
