State Office for Environment Brandenburg (LUA)
The State Office for Environment (LUA) is the central upper environmental authority of the state of Brandenburg. It works under the remit of the Ministry for rural development, environment and consumer protection (MLUV). LUA is a specialised scientific and technological authority. Its responsibilities cover the fields of water, nature conservation, ecology and technology-related protection of the environment (air, noise, climate, energy, waste and soil, and residual pollution).
