Description
Section floriculture is one of the six sections of the institute of horticultural production systems founded in 2013. The research and education focus mainly on postharvest physiology, in-vitro propagation, gene manipulation and molecular biology of ornamental crops. Section of Floriculture has close cooperation with a range of researchers from universities and other research institutions worldwide. Applied research of the section is supported and performed in cooperation with commercial horticultural/breeding companies.
