Description

The Department of Waste Management and Contaminated Sites has an interdiciplinary focus both treatment of waste as well as in the area of contaminated site handling. Both disciplines are a characterized by constant dynamic changes, supported by technical progress as well as politically and economically new goals. There are constantly new and often interdisciplinary solvable issues, which science is facing at the moment. Accordingly the Department of Waste Management and Contaminated Sites' research is interdisciplinary orientated.
