Purpose of research: Basic research
The expression of RNA and proteins in tumors of mice with different genotypes will be investigated. The results should give some indications with regard to the mechanism of action of different tumor promoters. The investigations with dioxin-like and non-dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls should give same clarifying contributions to the questions, if the tumor promoting effects of these compounds are additive or may be governed by other rules.
