Description

Welcome to the homepage of the Department of Animal Ecology (Prof. Wolters). Our research group conducts research on the ecology of many different taxa - ranging from spiders and insects to birds, bats and rodents. Research questions are manifold in our group encompassing landscape ecology, landscape genetics, biodiversity reserach, functional ecology, limnology, modelling and soil ecology. Yet, often transitions among these research focuses are smooth in our group.
