Purpose of research: Applied research
The aim of the European evaluation of active substances for plant protection products is harmonization for Europe. The institute evaluate in case of rappator member state if the active ingredients is in principle acceptable and effective. For the zonale evaluation the institute investigates on the basis of the submitted documents the areas of efficacy and phytotoxicity. The results were summarized in a written document which was sending to national authorities (BVL) for further decisions. For active substance for vineyards the institute organize the evaluation procedure.
