Purpose of research: Applied research
The aim of the project is to simplify and speed up the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions and to improve the greenhouse gas accounting especially for pig and catlle fattening. A lot of data are already electronically available but means to use these data are lacking. Project objectives include programming interfaces to automatically collect and process data, as well as expanding the LfL Klima-Check tool by adding products that are important to efficiently assess pig and cattle fattening systems. This includes especially feed production systems.
