In the M&D project NaP-TQ, the cultivation of the niche crops teff and quinoa is being tested on practical farms in northern Baden-Württemberg and northern Bavaria and presented to interested farmers in field days, seminars, and online offers. As part of the project, it is planned to develop marketing channels with the value chain players and inform processors and consumers about these and their possible uses. In the analog and digital seminars and on social media, knowledge about cultivation and use will be conveyed to the channels and target groups. In addition, the project results are made available for vocational training in the investigated region.
