Minimization of aflatoxin contamination in the value chain

Purpose of research: Networks and research co-ordination
Aim of the project is the initiation of a german-african research network about the aflatoxin problem, which especially plays a role in South African countries, like for example Kenia, especially in relation to the consumption of maize. Within the project different bilateral information visits will be performed. Furthermore at different locations of the MRI experimental work about the occurrence will be performed.
