Purpose of research: Applied research

Within the framework of the EuroMix project, a 28-day oral toxicity test with three pesticides (in pure form or in binary / ternary mixture) is carried out for the client in female rats. After 28 days, the animals are killed and various organs (liver, kidney, lung, spleen, thymus and brain) are prepared for this final date. These organs / samples are sent to the client and used by the latter for transcriptome analyzes and lipid determinations. In the ITEM, the target organ liver is examined histopathologically.
