Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
The project aims at improving the data pool regarding consumer behaviour when using paint strippers.Consumer behaviour includes parameters like the use frequency or the amount of material used. The parameters are collected in a combination of telephone interviews and self-administered measurement protocols. The obtained data will be used for exposure assessment as part of the risk assessment in the context of REACH. furthermore the data can be used for the Fact Sheets of the exposure tool "ConsExpo" within the existing cooperation of BfR and RIVM.
