Project code: JKI-EP-08-0026
Contract period: 01.07.2009 - 30.06.2019
Purpose of research: Experimental development

Aim of this project is the development of detection methods for bacterial phytopathogens in soil and plant material that allow a sensitive and specific detection-independent of the culturability.

Specific and sensitive Detection methods for Pseudomonas savastanoi und Agrobacterium vitis were developed and tested. The detection method for P. savastanoi was published (Eltlbany et al. 2012, AEM) and the publication on A. vitis is in preparation.
