Purpose of research: Experimental development
In Germany, the occurrence of pesticide residues in game for human consumption is currently not assessed systematically. Only isolated findings from food monitoring are known. In order to obtain preliminary data for a risk assessment regarding pesticide intake by the consumption of game meat the objective of the project is to assess the residues status in wild boar. The analytical work is carried out at ÖPV.
