Purpose of research: Basic research

The main intention of the project is the establishment of in-vitro techniques in toxicology. There are also other approaches, which describe the use of 2-DE/Proteomics in in-vitro test systems. However, there are usually specific questions in the middle of the attention. A systematic testing of these systems regarding regulatory toxicological endpoints with most modern technology is however still absent. This project is intended to establish an in vitro system with suitable target tissues or target cells as biological matrix and to validate the protein change in sample by mass specific data.
