Development of a method for a optimal separation sequence as function of the characterization of complex mixtures for the isolation of value components derived from plant extracts
Project
Project code: JKI-ÖPV-08-1139
Contract period: 01.10.2011
- 30.09.2014
Purpose of research: Basic research
Up to now, there exists no systematical procedure for the development of separation and cleaning processes of complex sample mixtures like plant extracts, especially for little characterized feedstock. The aim of this project is the development of new approaches for a systematical scheme for process design based on first findings and experiences for different plant extracts at the Institute for Separation and Process Technology and the Julius Kuehn Institute.
