Vibrational spectroscopic determination of alcaloids in variuos Solanaceae species
Project
Project code: JKI-ÖPV-08-1293
Contract period: 01.10.2013
- 31.12.2013
Purpose of research: Applied research
The aim of this project is the quantitative determination of scopolamine in fresh, dried and dried milled samples of various Solanaceae species by FTIR-ATR spectrsocopy and HPLC reference analysis.
Privious experiments resulted in a successful calibration for scopolamine in between one single Solanaceae species. Now this calibration system should be transferred and adapted for the determination in different plant species of the familie Solanaceae. FTIR measurements on fresh, fried and dried milled plant material as well as drying and milling of the samples are performed by the JKI. The HPLC analysis and data
