Determination of quality parameters of valuable plant oils using different Raman spectrosocopic methods and comparison of these methods regarding the quality of the referring spectra.
Project
Project code: JKI-ÖPV-08-1294
Contract period: 01.10.2013
- 30.06.2014
Purpose of research: Basic research
By evaluation of essential and fatty plant oils the quality and application field of mobile Raman spectrometers at different ecitation wavelengths (1064 nm, 780 nm, 532 nm) should by investigated regarding spectral resolution, signal to noise ratio, fluorescence and signal intensity compared to a stationary lab instrument working with 1064 nm. Additionaly, possible SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy) methods should by developed using different metal nanoparticles.
