Purpose of research: Applied research
Aim of the project is the detection of the desorption of phosphine after fumigation of apples with PH3. Additionally, we are focused on the determination of the reactivity of phosphine with apples using the high resolution mass spectroscopy and on the changes of volatile pattern after fumigation.
