Purpose of research: Applied research
The task ist to check whether an orientation of the embryonic disc by Schieren without negative impact on the viability and hatchability of treated eggs can be achieved by mechanical, chemical or optical-thermal fenestration. Furthermore the extraction of the blastodermal cells should be optimized.
