Production processes

Project code: JKI-ZR-08-5180
Contract period: 01.01.2014 - 31.12.2015
Purpose of research: Basic research

Based on investigations of Kuczmog et al. (2012) narrow linked molecular markers for crown gall resistance for routinely application in grapevine breeding shall be developped. For these investigations suitable crossing combinations segregating for crown gall resistance will be used. Phenotypic evaluation for crown gall resistance will be carried out from AgroScience GmbH, marker developpment will be done by JKI - Institute for grapevine breeding Geilweilerhof. Newly developped molecular markers shall be tested for their transferability to material with other genetic background.
