Enumeration in rare animal feeding stuffs - derivation of guidance values for assessing the microbiological quality
Description:
The microbiological evaluation of feed takes place substantially by the determination of the germ content of bacteria and fungi. The VDLUFA has prepared orientation values, for the main feed . The AK Microbiology in VDLUFA cares to elaborate further guidance values . News of interest are horses cereal, the individual components of bird feed , brewer's grains and pelleted feed for dogs / cats and sheep / goats. There are examined samples from the official control of feedingstuffs Baden-Württemberg on LTZ , and data from other states statistically evaluated so that representative data for the whole of Germany can be taken.
