Purpose of research: Applied research

Populations of important insect pests in agriculture are investigated on specific insect pathogens. These are especially the invasive Spotted Wing Drosophila, Drosophila suzukii, wireworms, Agriotes spp., Box Tree Moth, Diaphania perspectalis, Codling Moth, Cydia pomonella, European Corn Borer, Ostrinia nubilalis, European Cock Chafer, Melolontha melolontha as well as the invasive lady beetle, Harmonia axyridis.
