Investigations on the effects of different pesticide and fertilizer intensities on the activity of soil microorganisms and soil macroorganisms
Project
Project code: JKI-ÖPV-08-1396
Contract period: 01.03.2015
- 31.12.2019
Purpose of research: Applied research
In a long-term field experiment with monoculture winter rye, the activity and substrate metabolism of soil microorganisms and macroorganisms are observed. The samplings take place every year in autumn. The investigations are carried out in the laboratory (soil respiration, dehydrogenase activity, N metabolism, earthworm avoidance test...). Furthermore characteristic soil parameters, nutrients and pollutants are determined.
