BMELV - Program to promote innovation
Description:
The program's aim is to support technical and non-technical innovations in Germany in the fields of nutrition, agriculture and consumer protection. It supports the development of innovative and internationally competitive products, processes and services based on new scientific knowledge. Thematic priorities include: animal health, breeding of crops, breeding of farm animals, technology and environmentally sound land management, food safety and quality, prevention of allergies and improving the framework conditions for innovation. The program has a provisional duration of until 2012 (present commitments), but there is basically no limit.
Eligibility criteria:
Grant recipients may be a natural or legal person who has an establishment in the Federal Republic of Germany.
