Description:
The project 'Sterile preparation of foodstuffs using optically controlled water jet cutting technology' shall transfer basic research findings, especially in the fields of separation and digital image recognition, to industrially applicable operations and devices used for processing and/or refinement of foods. Aim of the project is the automation of dressing process -which hitherto is very manpower and time intensive- using electronically controlled water jet and to receive hygienically immaculate product.
