The aim of the project to be carried out under this status-quo analysis is to represent the needs of the users of a centralized tracking system to evaluate existing systems and formulate the necessary conditions for the development and establishment of a central tracking system for the organic industry. In a first step has been researched, which make traceability systems already exist or are planned and what these systems. In addition to the ecological systems and existing systems range from the conventional sector were examined. The needs of market participants were recorded and compared with the possibilities of existing systems.
