Description:
The implementation of the nationwide, systematic 'Allergy and awareness monitoring' for adults is used to obtain statistically representative data on allergic sensitization to relevant allergens, especially those allergens that in terms of food safety food safety and consumer protection are of concern. The main objective of the project is to determine the 26 selected allergens allergic predisposition in the form of existing sensitization. The project is part of contribution to Action Line 5 'monitoring' in the Action plan for allergies BMELV - 'Building a systematic Allergy monitoring in Germany for risk research and development of a basis for targeted measures for the prevention of allergies.'
