Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University
The Faculty of Life Sciences, known as The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University until its merger with University of Copenhagen in January 2007, is one of Europe's leading university environments in the areas of food, health, plants, biotechnology, natural resources, the environment and related academic areas. The core academic areas of the eleven departments at the Faculty of Life Sciences cover the entire chain from primary production and food production to nutrition and the health and welfare of both humans and animals - from nature and landscape research over agricultural production and environmental research to food and health.
