Purpose of research: Applied research

Focus of the project is to analyze the possibilities for implementation of a value management systems (CCE) of the company to promote the industry health food and natural products with the aim of corporate values and corporate identity and thus to communicate the value of products through product prices also. The practical utility of ethics or values for a management company is on the one hand in the internal development and promotion of a specific corporate identity and the creation of action orientation for difficult or sensitive moral decisions in everyday business. On the other hand, the systematic management of values and social responsibility is used externally to develop towards credibility and moral reputation of the company and to communicate, which is reflected ultimately in a comprehensive (ie legal, economic, ecological and social) enterprise safety in all management areas. The practical task of the feasibility study is to obtain a sufficiently large number of companies in the industry for themselves as part of a larger project on the implementation of an adapted to engage the industry needs ethics management system is active. The main aims of this feasibility study is to develop an industry-specific approach to value management in health food and natural products. The practical requirements of the existing ethics management systems in the form of management tools and organizational measures are to be reflected in terms of their ability to integrate prior to the specific (and resource-related) situation of organic companies.
