Description

The chair of hygiene and technology of milk is responsible for teaching all aspects of milk hygiene, including an microbiological training programme and services for the dairy industries. The chair consists of 4 working groups specialized in immunochemical methodology, food microbiology, residue analysis and cell-culture methods. Besides the permanent staff, additional personnel are paid by governmental and industrial funds. Extensive expertise is available on the production of poly- and monoclonal antibodies, and the development of immunochemical methods.
