Description
The Department of Biology was designed to be a major focus of the newly founded University of Konstanz. The Department has developed to be one of the most active and successful biological research-groupings in German universities. The focus is set to meet future demands on basic research and teaching, and thus to further the growing importance of biological sciences for Society.
