The conversion of agriculture to organic farming practices for sustainable regional development is a central aspect of the expansion of organic farming, the need to be met with the support of farmers. Their motivation and winning intended here, sales of organic products are in the forefront of the effort. A promising project plans, the development of a 'bio-shelf' to be for the integration of interests: open to organic farms (farmers and processors), an additional regional market for its products and the regional food trade, starting in bakeries to offer an exclusive extra range, with which they can stand out from the big markets and drive additional sales. This corresponds to the development of a 'bio-shelf' for the local food and crafts. A range of daily needs will be offered on two main points in bakeries: regional eco-products from the region ('From here') and on regional eco-products ('From there'). Here are the findings of scientific support to the marketing of this constellation, and are optimized for later transmission.
