Description
In 2001, ZFL was established as an interdisciplinary research and teaching center for remote sensing at the University of Bonn. Scientists and students from different faculties get the oportunity to use a highly sophisticated and well equipped remote sensing laboratory for their research activities. ZFL staff offers advise concerning general remote sensing questions and assists in solving complex problems. Due to the centralization of the remote sensing facilities of several institutions a high degree of scientific exchange is guaranteed. Moreover, a comprehensive lecture program is organized by ZFL. In addition, ZFL is involved in several research projects.
