Purpose of research: Applied research
The goal of the agroforst cooperative project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) was to research combined agro-forestry management concepts as an alternative to the practiced spatially segregated approaches used in forestry and agriculture today. The main focus was laid on different areas located in Baden-Württemberg. Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, with its different spatial and structural conditions for agriculture, was the second area of examination.
