Section overview
Description
Only tried and tested products make it into our portfolio!
Our products have already come a long way before making it to market. Coming from the lab, they are used in the greenhouse where a range of vessel experiments are conducted. The next stage is field trials, which are conducted in our 145 hectare agricultural test facility featuring 5,000 trial plots. Fertilisers must prove effective and their plant tolerance and environmental impact are tested.
Only when a new product passes the final practical test in our own testing facility or with one of our partners can it be added to our portfolio.
Another area of research are the field tests used to develop application recommendations for economic and environmentally friendly fertilisation. The results of these trials make it possible to provide advice for farmers.
