Description
At 'Cultivari Cereal Breeding Research Darzau gGmbH' criteria for breeding cereals are developed under bio-dynamic farming. In particular the focus is on the special situation of organic farming (soil fertility, natural manure, weed competitiveness, seedtransmitted diseases) and nutrition of human being as an organism with spiritual skills. Becoming aware of the importance of older or new characters of cereals, we try to put them into action by developing new varieties for modern circumstances of organic farming.
