Description

Operating in two locations, 5 t of smoked eel and 60,000 packages of trout fillets are produced daily by us in Germany and Poland, respectively. Every day 400 employees manufacture an exclusive range of smoked fish products for the food retailing, discounter chains and wholesalers. 80% of the products are sold on the German market and the remaining 20% are marketed in the foreign countries of Europe. Although our products are primarily represented by trademarks, they are often available on the market under the brand Ternäben.
