Purpose of research: Applied research
It was investigated, whether a transfer of antibiotics from slurry fertilised soil into cereals occurs in commercial agriculture. Analyses of grain samples from areas with high livestock concentration led in the case of winter wheat to positive findings of mother compounds and metabolites of tetracyclines.
