Purpose of research: Applied research
The TECARE project is an initiative funded by the European Commission, Directorate for Research, to support small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the meat industry in the field of Research and Innovation. Even though small and medium-sized enterprises are seen to be the “Motor for creating employment” through high innovation potential, the realisation of this potential often lacks effective support mechanisms.
