Purpose of research: Applied research
The statutory testing of cultivated plants for resistance towards plant-parasitic neamtodes is a mandatory task of the Julius Kühn-Institut regulated by §57 Article 10 PflSchG from 06.02.2012. The test is conducted in close cooperation with the Federal Plant Variety Office. The scope of testing is approximately 20 test varieties per year.
