Purpose of research: Basic research
The overall objective of the project is to provide EFSA with existing individual food consumption data for the adult population collected, within the most recent national dietary survey, in each individual EU Member State, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. Food consumption data are an essential element for risk assessment work conducted by EFSA.
