Description
Lecturing and research work in the department of animal nutrition and animal health deals with a wide range of topics within dairy and pig production. Being part of the faculty of organic agricultural sciences, it has a specific emphasis on the framework conditions of organic agriculture. While interactions between aspects of animal nutrition and animal health are in the main focus, the topics are also closely related to aspects of fodder growing, grassland farming, animal husbandry and animal breeding.
