Description
As an internationally recognized research university the Georg-August-University of Goettingen benefits from its traditional strengths: Almost all scientific disciplines are present in a total of 13 faculties. At the University of Goettingen interdisciplinarity is based on many years of experience with a number of multidisciplinary research and study centres, such as the past 40 years, tropical centre. The Göttingen Center for Molecular Biosciences conducts research in biology, medicine, chemistry and agriculture.
